Meet Megan

Megan’s love for yoga is rooted in her appreciation for immersive self-care, mind–body practice and a strong sense of community. Born and raised in Louisiana, she completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training there before moving to Telluride in 2022. Since then, she has additionally completed Mangala Yoga’s 200-hour training as well as a 300-hour Advanced YTT, earning her RYT-500.

Megan sees herself as an ever-evolving student, both on and off the mat. Her teaching is playful, experimental, and influenced by a wide range of movement and mindfulness practices. She’s passionate about helping students cultivate resilience, curiosity and connection through their practice.

Outside the studio, Megan studies Exercise Science and is working toward becoming a physical therapist. She spends her free time exploring the mountains with her dogs, Dani and Lola.
