Chelsey
Chelsey believes yoga is an opportunity to connect on a deeper level—with ourselves, one another, God, and nature. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2013, followed by a second 200-hour training in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, in 2015 and a 300-hour teacher training with Kula Collective in Guatemala in 2017. Since then, she has continued to study and teach with a deep appreciation for yoga as a lifelong practice.
Her classes offer a balanced blend of creative, flowing movement, breathwork, and meditation. She loves weaving in yoga philosophy, the occasional chant, and, of course, a little core work. Her intention is to create a welcoming space where students can settle into the present moment and explore the practice in a way that feels both meaningful and accessible.
Outside the studio, Chelsey can usually be found trail running through the San Juan Mountains, making art, or cooking and baking nourishing meals to share with family and friends.
