Meet Chelsea

Chelsea is a passionate guide in rhythmic vinyasameditation rituals, and pranayama, drawing from 15+ years of deep immersion in Eastern and Western wisdom traditions of movement and mindfulness.

Initiated into the vibrant Prana Vinyasa lineage in 2004, she first began teaching in 2008. Under renowned teachers Devon Sweeney and Shiva Rea, she is currently advancing toward her 500-hour certification while integrating her studies of Yin yogaYoga Nidra, and Ayurveda for holistic, transformative practice.
