Meet Ananda
Ananda started teaching yoga in 2010. She received her 200 RYT in Anusara Style Yoga. Since then she has studied, and continues to practice, Mysore Style Ashtanga, and also received certifications in both meditation and pranayama instruction.
Ananda has developed, over the years, a unique class centered around yoga and the 12 steps of recovery, which has helped many people find a sense of ease and comfort through breath and gentle body movement.
She holds great reverence and respect for the practice of yoga, and strives to share this with her students.
