Megan's love for yoga is rooted in appreciation of immersive self-care, consistent physical practice and community. She quickly found her mat to be the first place she could just be - a space of compassion, rather than expectation. Megan is originally from Louisiana, and she moved to Telluride in 2022.

She has completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, the first led by Heather Delia in Louisiana and the second with Mangala Yoga's founder, Maureen DeLucia.

She has also achieved a 300-hour Advanced YTT certification with Liz Lindh and is now a Yoga Alliance RYT 500.

Megan continually participates in trainings and workshops, as she considers herself to be an ever-evolving student of yoga and life. She describes her personal practice to be experimental, playful and challenging, and she loves to share it with others.

When she's not in the studio, she likes to sport climb, ski, and hike with her dogs, Dani and Lola.

Her latest project is the opening of Viceroy Cafe, an espresso and cold-pressed juice bar located inside of Mangala Yoga's Telluride location!
